Rooms were clean bed and pillows, comfortable staff very nice and courteous. Breakfast was good. Great job.
The staff are so kind they're very helpful enjoyed my room nice and clean the bathroom mirror or light in the bathroom is the only problem I had very dim so if you're a woman and you need to put on your makeup that's not going to happen in the bathroom! I do hope that they fix the bathroom lights
The staff was very nice may went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make are stay very comfortable. Room was clean breakfast was always fresh thanks to the cook
Erica at the Front Desk at Comfort Suites in Monroe, LA was amazing! She checked us in after being on the road for many hours. She greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly. She went the extra mile for us. Prior to getting to the hotel, we asked if she could make sure our room had a working TV. She checked the room and made sure our request was taken care of. She deserves the Five Star rating!
I was checked in by Erika, her hospitality was excellent the outside and inside was very nice and clean, the room was pleasant and clean. The morning staff was friendly and polite breakfast was tasty and fulfilling. I would recommend and return.
Great Staff & were very accommodating except the one who said she would see if the pool was clean, but never called back. The staff were very hospitable & went over & above to help everyone they worked with. The breakfast was excellent. Supportive Staff-Ced, Mae, Catherine, D'Angelo, Erica & the lady who prepared & managed breakfast. Unfortunately, some people don't appreciate it & smoke marijuana in their rooms @ night. I will definitely return.
Place was full of people, but we never really heard any commotion going on to disturb us. The door to the room drags real bad and makes a loud noise and is hard to shut or open and the lid to the tank on the toilet had a bad crack, but other than that we had an enjoyable stay. Check in and out was quick as well.
I really enjoyed my stay the 2nights .Customer Service was great. They were very pleasant and friendly! The Room was very clean.I had left a pair of glasses in the room.I called to see if anyone had found them.I was informed to check back in a few and they will have someone look after giving them the description. I call back a couple hours later and they were found.I informed them my daughter would be back that was in a week if they would hold them? They implied yes in envelope in the lost and found. Well my daughter didn't make it back I did but it was a month later and they were still there..
